What's up everybody!? It's been ages (feels like) since I've been on. So much has been going on.

My birthday was last Friday. I'm a year older. Whoopie dooo.....<----sarcastic  (lol) I had a really good birthday though. All of my friends and family text or called me for a happy birthday and myspaced me. My good friend came down for the weekend. We had fun at the Hibachi grill. The Japanese chef called me a man though and kept sending smoke my way so I was quite thrilled when he burned his jewels on the grill. MWHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA (very evil laughter) Guess he'll be out of commission for a while. Pervert.

Anyway, so my friend and I went to Books-A-Million Saturday morning. She got into this manga, and got me into it too that evil thing, called Hana-Kimi. It's really cute. It's almost like Ouran but the main love interest isn't stupid like Tamaki, although the other love interest is. lol. But Nakatsu cracks me up so that's okay as does Julia, sworn enemy to Nakatsu. lol.

All in all, it was a terrific weekend. I got to spend time with my friend and that felt great. Unfortunately, we didn't go out and do a lot. I really wasn't feeling all that good. I don't know if she could tell or not. I was trying not to be a party pooper, at my own party none the less. The other sad but good thing that happened is that Walden Books closed down so they were having a fantastic sale on manga and other books. I was able to get Bleach vol. 23. Books-A-Million had Souls but it was $14.00. I figured I could wait to get it anyway.

The next couple of weeks will most likely be just as hectic as these past couple of weeks. My mom's birthday is Febuary 2nd, so I promised to head back home for a weekend visit.

Today was Barack Obama's inauguration. I didn't watch it. I was at work, but I'm not worried. The news will be talking about it all tonight and most likely all tomorrow. So anything that I missed, I'll be able to catch and piece together. I pray he does this country well and proud.

Anyway, I don't have much more to say (or more like can't remember what all I wanted to say) so this post is just about done.

I can't get on the internet at work any more. I'm working on a document imaging project and don't have the time. That and my supervisor had mentioned it, so no more evil glorious internet. Good news is that I'm losing weight. I've been hitting the gym every day after work and I'm starting to show some improvements. Taking baby steps, I'm also improving my grocery list. :o) So, I can be proud of those before and after pics when I post them up one day.

I miss Bleach. I don't even know what is going on in Kubo Tite's wonderful world of shinigami. How sad. I enjoyed reading fanfiction and chapters and such for so long. One day, I shall catch up. But not any time soon. ;_;

Well, I'm going to let you all go on with your lives now. lol. I have 48 minutes left on this computer and I saw that Odalisque was updated so I've got to go and read it. XD
